TDV Profile is the leading specialist in cold rolled precision wire made from stainless steels, carbon steels and non-ferrous metals.
The completely renovated factory, which covers 10,000 m², and the adjoining headquarters bring together multidisciplinary teams of 70 people.
TDV Profile‘s state-of-the-art cold rolling lines cover a wide range of shapes, with cross-sections from 0.34 mm² to 45 mm². The minimum profile width can be as low as 0.34 mm.

Within this range, TDV Profile produces a variety of shapes and designs, in collaboration with its customers, the profiles corresponding to their specifications.
Tolerances
The standard rolled products comply with the relevant standards (EURONORM, DIN, etc.). With regard to special profiles, our experience enables us to help our customers in their constant search for ever more restrictive tolerances. Therefore, for some profiles we guarantee a dispersion of 1/100th of a mm over a length of 10 km.
